The tech guy who fixed the internet stated "That dog looks Ferocious" and pointed at Sarge who was attempting to stay awake in the sitting position in his crate. While Tank caught a few Zzzz's in his.

I looked at Sarge...and said..."Oh yeah he is quite ferocious! He runs the yard line tossing turf and snarling to any strangers who may walk by so they don't venture to close to the yard. And...he even bit the husband when we were goofing around about my not being remote worthy. We never leave him out due to his over protectiveness behaviour when wrestling with the kids."

I'm fine with ones being afraid of Sarge...I do believe he would be protective if someone threatened us. But other than that...he's harmless.

Exactly...With Wade leaving for Africa at the end of the month...being home alone with the kids. I'll take bullie protection and use ones fears over my dog. Sarge is definately more protective toward us than Tank. He reminds me of our collie in those terms. If he hears a noise...he runs in front of me with his hair on end ready to do battle. It's rather cute. And...his new territorial issues with snarling and tearin' up terf when we had a water line break...was impressive. He would NEVER cross the invisible fence line. But...he sure puts the fear in those walking by...lol
